By creating a Bookify account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your password secure.
Bookify is intended for legitimate businesses to accept customer bookings. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, spam, or to harm others.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, service descriptions, etc.). By uploading, you grant us a licence to host and display that content to operate the service.
The Free plan is provided as-is with no warranty. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of Bookify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
